Support Project Coordinator / Bookkeeper (Part Time)

The Role
You will be working collaboratively with our existing Project Coordinator and to be able to
provide seamless coverage in times of Leave. There will be a minimum expectation of three days
a week with the capacity to scale up to five days during busier times or times of Leave.
The role responsibilities of the Project Coordinator is to provide support for the Civil Engineering and
Surveying team and be responsible for:
- Contract administration functions
- Application lodgements
- Project budgets
- Related invoicing
The role works closely with managers and colleagues to achieve targets and financial outcomes for
the company.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to assist the company internally with other aspects of the
business including; data processing of accounts, planning applications and other areas as required.
Expectations of the role

Excellent attention to detail

Demonstrated experience in financial administration, including budgets and invoicing

Demonstrated experience in working both collaboratively and autonomously in an
accountable environment with multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in proactively contributing to a business strategy through
excellent prioritising, organising, influencing and monitoring skills.

Good written and verbal communications skills with experience in problem solving across
multiple teams.

Demonstrated experience in using a variety of software and Microsoft Office applications
(particularly Excel)
Applicants with the following additional capabilities will be highly regarded:

Demonstrated experienced in contract management and cost control.

Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in a Land Development or related
environment, with statutory, budget - related and compliance responsibilities.

Ability to learn the working environment quickly and apply processes seamlessly.
