Office Administrator
The Role
This is a full time position, 8.30-5pm, Monday - Friday. Immediate start.

Reception duties – Telephone; Meet and greet clients, consultants for meetings
-
Application lodgement with government authorities as required, tracking and status updates of applications
-
Provide administrative support to the office – Includes setting up new jobs, sourcing information for tenders and fee proposals, assist with day to day enquiries for progression of projects
-
Diary management as required
-
Update registers, maintain data directories
-
Executive assistance to Directors as required including travel arrangements, email management, spreadsheet updates
-
Arrange staff and client functions
-
Maintain a tidy, well stocked functioning office
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need
-
Strong Microsoft Office skills including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

To be mature minded and experienced, capable of handling (at times) demanding clients
-
Collaborative and adaptable approach to prioritising your work
-
Have worked in small to medium private enterprise
-
High care factor
-
You describe yourself as activated, adaptable, able to work collaboratively in a team environment
-
Strong and confident communications skills to handle all stakeholders, including
-
Staff, developers, contractors, subcontractors, government authorities and office suppliers
-

Well developed problem solving skills
